"Ms. [Member Name Removed]'[Member Information Removed] review stems from her own audio recorded admission that she did not actually open and read her home inspection report that was conducted by our firm. A large amount of issues she has brought to our attention that she has found with her property were actually listed in our report. She did have an appliance breakdown and a roof leak occur since purchase, however, our extended inspection warranties would have and still will provide her 100% of the funds needed for the repairs. Unfortunately she has not filed with our warranty company for this assistance and has also stated on record she has representation with legal counsel, which unfortunately, means our firm cannot try to assist or communicate in a productive manner to provide assistance. We feel this review is unwarranted and does no accurately reflect the true nature of the situation at hand."
