We are very happy with the service from designer maids. They do a great job of cleaning. We tried other cleaners in the past. The only thing renters would ding us on in reviews was the job the cleaners did. We have not gotten a single complaint since we started using Designer Maids. They have worked with us when dates for cleaning needed to be moved. They have been successful at cleaning even when we only have a five hour window between renters. They do a through job and are a pleasure to work with.

I would like to preface this review with the fact that I was very nervous about letting someone into my home to clean. I have been cleaning my larger home on my own for a very long time, and I am pretty particular. it is important to me, now that I have allowed someone to help me, that if I see something I would like to be done a certain way, or prefer something done with a different product, whatever the case may be, that they are nice enough, and professional enough to understand that this is my house, and that they are here to make my life better, and not behave as if I am in their way, or bothering me. well, the two people that came over to clean my house, were nice, and professional enough to not behave that way, and I do appreciate it very much. I may have them come over once a month or so to help me out, and to make it possible for me to get to other projects around the house that I need to catch up on, such as yard work. the quote was 280, and there were two 15 dollar discounts, and I took advantage of them, and the final cost was 250.

It is an excellent service! Regina has been providing the cleaning for about 3 years, I am very pleased with the results. She always asks if I need anything special cleaned, and I feel we have developed a friendship, almost like family. I recommend this service to anyone who wants great quality at a fair price.

It's month to month for $85. I am happy with their service. They do a good job. They are excellent because I have a very busy schedule so I asked them to change my cleaning day, and she always accommodates me.

Our remodeled home is less than a year old so it did not need much in the way of cleaning. Designer Maid showed up on time and performed all tasks, mopped tile floors, dusted all furniture, vacuumed the the carpeted bedrooms, swept the patio and thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms. All work was performed in less than two hours. We rescheduled the worker to come back in one month. We were very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and ability or the worker.

Both ladies came in and started work after a quick walk through of the home and worked the entire hour. Very friendly. They came with all the necessary cleaning products but I didn't require them using them as I have everything they would need to clean the house. They were organized, professional, and thorough. I was extremely satisfied and have already made arrangements for them to return in two weeks and every other two weeks there after.

I found them on Angie's list. They ended up charging me a $100 for 2 hrs when I thought it was going to be $75. She told me over the phone that it was going to be $75 so I was surprised. The work was great, exceptional. I felt kind of cheated with the price, she told me it would be one price and when I got there the girl told me it was $50 an hour and that's not what the woman told me over the phone. I just was taken back. I paid it and I didn't say anything and that was the deal. The quality of service was very good. I would use them except that I would clarify the price. I wouldn't pay that kind of money. I don't pay that kind of money in my own home. I pay $50 in my own home.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WAS THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. THEY QUOTED US FOR A 6 HOUR SPRING CLEANING FOR THE ENTIRE HOUSE. TWO MAIDS ARRIVED AND VERY SLOWLY CLEANED THE HOUSE. WHEN MY HUSBAND RETURNED FOUR HOURS LATER THEY HAD NOT EVEN GOT THRU HALF OF THE HOUSE. THEY SAID THEY HAD 6 HOURS, BUT APPARENTLY FORGOT WE TOLD THEM NOT TO DO THE BATHROOMS WHICH WERE IN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE, SO IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN LESS TIME. THEY QUICKLY FINISHED. THE HOUSE LOOKED OK BUT CERTAINLY NOT A SPRING CLEANING. I FOUND DUST ON THE CEILING FANS AND THE FLOORS LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD BEEN JUST SWEPT OVER. WE FEEL THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US BY CLEANING SLOWLY. WE HAVE HAD OTHER MAIDS CLEAN THIS HOUSE BEFORE AND THEY CHARGED US HALF OF WHAT THIS COMPANY CHARGED AND DID A BETTER JOB OF CLEANING.

"Maids arrived on time, met w/ husband & walked house to give more accurate estimate. Without the baths estimate was going to be at least 6 hrs. because house was built-up & would require deep cleaning. Husband agreed. He came back at 4pm, looked around, then had to leave & asked maids what to pay. They agreed, he paid 6 hrs. & said the house looked good. We made courtesy call the next day. Lady never complained. An over the phone estimate is an appx. amount of time. It may fluctuate either way depending on how many items (blinds, furniture, etc.) there is to be cleaned & also how dirty things are. If a customer limits us to a specific amount of time we may not be able to do a thorough spring clean. Most customers who want a spring cleaning request a thorough job and let us judge how long it will take. Spring cleaning is very detailed & entails moving & cleaning everything & it does take time. We would be glad to do whatever we can to make our customer happy."

A)THE LADIES WERE LATE OR A NO SHOW ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, WITH NO NOTIFICATION. THERE WERE SOME SCHEDULE MIX-UPS THAT WERE MY FAULT, BUT THIS IS IN ADDITION. B)THE CLEANING WAS OK, BUT I STILL FOUND TABLES THAT HAD NOT BEEN DUSTED and NOTHING WAS MOVED DURING THE DUSTING, SO THAT IT WASN'T A THOROUGH JOB. C)I REMARKED TO 1 WOMAN THAT THERE WAS STILL QUITE A BIT OF DUST UNDER THE BED AFTER SHE FINISHED THE BEDROOM. HER RESPONSE TO ME NOTICING WAS, WELL, I VACUUMED! I THEN ASKED IF SHE HAD A DAMP MOP. INSTEAD OF TAKING ON THE JOB HERSELF, SHE HANDED THE MOP TO ME! IT WAS TO MY UNDERSTANDING THAT ITEMS WOULD BE MOVED FOR DUSTING. THERE IS A 1-HOUR WINDOW FOR THE ARRIVAL TIME and MORE THAN ONCE THE LADIES WERE LATE OR A NO SHOW. AT THIS TIME I HAVE HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND GOOD RESPONSIBLE HELP THESE DAYS and I AM SURE THAT JINNY and TAMMY ARE DOING ALL THEY CAN. I JUST THOUGHT THEY SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THESE INCIDENCES and I WISH THEM THE BEST!

OCCASIONALLY THE GIRLS DO RUN LATE WHEN JOBS TAKE LONGER THEN EXPECTED AND SCHEDULING CAN GET MIXED UP. WE HAVE 200 CUSTOMERS AND SEVERAL CUSTOMERS DAILY NEED TO CHANGE DATES AND RESCHEDULE CLEANS. WE ARE VERY SORRY THAT MEMBER FELL THROUGH THE CRACKS. WE WOULD LOVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE IT UP TO HER BY GIVING HER FREE CLEANING OR WHATEVER WE COULD TO MAKE HER HAPPY."

I hired them for kitchen and bath floors only. They came without enough cleaning materials, ran out of ammonia, took 2 cigarettes breaks, and I ended up paying for 3 hrs and the job wasnt done right at all. They even took MY ammonia with them!
