Seawall replacement

Outstanding workmanship, price and service. I waited over one year after my 285' seawall was completed to write this review. Sapp Seawall engineered space for me to install a 30' pool near my seawall, and it worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the stout construction...they certainly didn't skimp on the concrete. This company lives up to their reviews.

Dann Sapp & Son did an excellent job constructing our new seawall. They did not cut corners. New vinyl sheet pile and concrete seawall. The new cap covered both old and new seawall. The void between the old and new seawall was filled with new concrete (no old debris went into this area). The old rubble was placed at the toe of the new seawall. Any damages to sprinkler and dock caused by construction were repaired. They also provided PVC chases through the new cap for electric and water. We received a discount in our price because we had our new seawall built with 2 neighbors whose property are consecutive. Any concerns or questions were addressed quickly by the company. Great Job!

I am very impressed with the representative who came out to look at my seawall issue. This company does not repair older wooden seawalls; HOWEVER, he helped me understand what issues I was facing and gave me several recommendations. You cannot imagine how much more at ease I was with my situation after his visit. If I am able to proceed with a complete seawall replacement, I will most definitely contact SAP and Sons.

My neighbors and I contacted Dann Sapp to bid on constructing new seawalls for our property - there was a total of 5 homes involving over 450 feet of new seawall to be built. After a lengthy review process with many contractors we settled on Dann Sapp and Sons. They were very prompt with their work and their crew was outstanding. You could tell this group has been working together for quite a long time as they instinctively knew what do to and when to do it each day. There was no sitting around waiting for someone to tell them what to do next, they were always moving. Additonally, this company is known for installing the aluminum panels but we chose to have them install the vinyl panels, which they now offer.
The entire project took just over 5 weeks and we are all pleased with the quality of the work. From start to finish, they were professional and completed all of the work outlined in the bid. We were especially pleased with the and quot;finishand quot; work that involved them reconstructing the docks, raising the grade of the lawn and repairing any sprinklers that needed to be adjusted.
This company has been around a long time and has a great reputation. They did not disappoint us in their work and we are thankful to have had them on this project. At the end of the project, we threw the crew a and quot;thank you lunchand quot; for all of their hard work over the past several weeks and were pleasantly surprised to receive a thank you card signed by all of them the following week. We would recommend them for similar work in the future.

Mr. Sapp and his crew showed up on time, did what they said they would do and finished when they said they would. The entire project took almost 3 months. The men that work for Sapp were all very skilled at what they do. They were also curteous. There were no suprises in this project at all.

This is a family-owned business. They give excellent service and follow through. They gave me continual updates on the projects, and the project manager was very communicative. The owner of the company came by to check on the progress of the work throughout the project. The crew was very professional. They are honest. They went over and above service by coming and securing my old, damaged seawall after a storm before they could come and replace the entire seawall. I would use them over and over again in a heartbeat, if needed.

The seawall that Sapp and Sons installed is truly the best I have seen. Their work exceeded our expectations. Installing a wall that was about a foot higher than the old one and backfilling to raise the back yard was a great idea. Mr Sapp is great to work with.

Pete Sapp was easily the best contractor I have dealt with in Florida. He was flexible and also stabilized a pool deck next to the seawall since he was pouring concrete in that area anyway. He worked through multiple optional plans before we decided on one. He put specifics that I asked for in the contract. Work was timely and professional. Office was also a pleasure to work with. He fixed everything back that I asked for except that he did not want to replace pool deck pavers. Some seawall contractors expect you to fix or find people to fix electric/sprinklers/etc. Even the price was the best. 25 year warranty.

Very professionally run business - What a pleasure to do business with. Only complaint is minor- some debris from the old seawall was left in the water at the base of the new seawall. Price was in line with estimates from other companies.

EXCELLENT FINAL PRODUCT. WORK TEAMS COMPUTED PROJECT WORK SUCCESSFULLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. OUR SEA WALL WAS CONSTRUCTED WITH OUR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR AND BOTH OF US FEEL THAT NO ONE COULD HAVE COMPLETED A BETTER JOB.

WE TOLD THEM THE THINGS THAT WE WERE MOST CONCERNED ABOUT REGARDING HOW WE WANTED OUR PROPERTY TREATED AND THEY ACTED ACCORDINGLY. VERY ACCOMMODATING, VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.

Do not use them to replace your sod when they are finished. You can do better elsewhere.
