I hired her back in November initially, and she had just had surgery done, so I was patient. I waited about 3 months, and I called her again. She brought over a picture, but it was not what I wanted. She did another one for me, this time on canvas, and when she showed me the final product, the picture itself was good, but she had used a recycled canvas. I had to take the picture in to another shop to get the frame straightened. This will cost me another $169.

"THIS CLIENT COMMISSIONED A CHALK-PASTEL STILL LIFE DRAWING FOR $200 (24 X 18) FEB 2007 WITH NO DEPOSIT EVEN THOU WAS PROVIDED INFO ON DIFFERENCES BETWEEN OIL PAINTING PORTRAITS AND CHALK-PASTEL STILL LIFE PORTRAIT ART. HE PROVIDED THE SUBJECT PHOTO. ACCEPTED THE FINAL ORIGINAL FREE OF CHARGE F/ DOUBLE MATTING, PERSONAL DELIVERY WITH NO GAS, MILEAGE OR COMMUTE TIME COMPENSATION. HIS GIRLFRIEND THOUGHT SHE LOOKED FAT. SUGGESTED A NEW COMPUTER SCAN PHOTO IMAGING TECHNIQUE, TAKING 3 WKS FOR PROCESSING FOR OIL ON CANVAS AND ADDITIONAL $200.00. WANTING A FRAME AT $100, PROFESSIONAL FRAMER AT JOANNE’S FABRICS FRAME SHOP, ADVISED ON THE EXISTING FRAME ASSEMBLY PRIOR TO THE ORDER, ADVISED CANVAS SHOULD BE NON-STRETCHED, TO USE DRY MOUNT IN THE EXACT MEASUREMENTS THAT OF PROVIDED SAMPLE BOARD. NO RECYCLED ANYTHING. FRAMER INFORMED AFTER IMAGE COMPLETION, CANVAS COULD NOT BE “DRY MOUNTED” PER ADVISORY BY THE MANUFACTURER. FRAMER USED PROVIDED SAMPLE BOARD INSTEAD OF THE DRY MOUNTING BOARD ORDERED. THE MANUFACTURER PROVIDED TWO EXTRA INCHES ON ALL SIDES ALLOWING STRETCHING OR A DIFFERENT FRAME IF WANTED, WITH NO ILL EFFECTS TO THE ACTUAL ART. CLIENT WAS INFORMED OF THIS PRIOR TO DELIVERY. AT DELIVERY REVIEWED THE FRAMER’S ASSEMBLY CLIENT WAS SATISFIED AND PAID THE $200.00 BALANCE. SATISFACTION DISPLAYED BY CLIENT BY LUNCHEON @ A LOCAL EATERY. LATER INFORMED- DID NOT LIKE THE FRAME; OFFERED A COMPLETE REFUND OF THE $100. HE DECLINED. POOR - REVIEW UNWARRANTED - MAYBE GIRLFRIEND ISSUES."

Danielle came out very promptly to see the area I wanted done and quoted me the price. She did the job by my schedule (it was a surprise for me husband) and had it completed when promised. We love it!!

EXCELLENT. VERY TALENTED AND HAS A GOOD VISION OF WHAT IS NEEDED. WHILE THE PROJECT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED, MS. RICHARDS STAYED IN CONTACT WITH ME AND WAS VERY FAIR WHEN THE SCOPE INCREASED.
