We have our home spayed regularly by Mark. He is really nice and very flexible...and we don't have BUGS! Ther treatement works and the company is affordable.
There are times that Mark will reschedule, and then reschedule again, but this is a family business and I prefer it that way. I also reschedule when I need to..no worries.

Couch's did a great job. They explained the process in full and answered all my questions. They were flexible with scheduling, arrived promptly and took great care in making sure my house was safe and secure during the extermination process. They finished the job a little earlier than promised as well. Their price estimate was right in the middle of the three estimates I received but they impressed me as being the most thorough and professional company.

It has always been a very good experience. They are prompt and they always make their appointments on time. They were very efficient. I've never had any problems with them. The service works.

I contacted this company based on a co-workers relative being employed there. I got three estimates plus one from the previous company that did the house before I moved in. of the five total estimates they weren't the cheapest but they did give me a conservative estimate as to sq. footage compared to the rest of the companies I spoke with. I spoke with the rep at the St Petersburg office and he was very helpful in explaining the process, how the gas worked to kill the bugs, the differences with fumigation vs. injection and why I needed to fumigate, their warranty process and what to expect during the fumigation. I wasn't presented with the typical scare tactics like "the termites are consuming your house and you must do this now". they worked with my schedule as my wife was going out of town on business and would be out of the house anyway. they were not stingy with the special food bags as we have more-than-the-average amount of dry goods. I think I was out of the house two nights but I could have been out only one. I just had the windows and roof done so I made sure they were careful with the tenting. no damage was done during the process. incidentally a freak storm rolled through the night the tent was on the house. there was damage to a nearby gas station but the tent held up.

As a new homeowner, I don't believe our townhome was sprayed for bugs by the previous owners in the last couple of years. Lee said that he may have to come back if we see bugs in the next week or so. We had a a bit of a hard time connecting with Lee for his second visit. Once here, he did explain that it is bug season and suggested that we begin pest control every 2 months which we plan to do.
