I brought mower in on July 24, 2006, to be repaired. They said they were one week behind. I called them after one week and they hadn't started the repair. A lady said she would get someone right on it. She didn't. I called again and she said that she would get someone right on it, again. I called again on another day and a guy said that the guy who was working on it was gone that day. I called back and the same woman said she said she had to order a part. I called back one week later and they said they had ordered the part. I called back again and they said they didn't get the part--it was back-ordered. It should be in on the 8th of August. The part didn't come in the 8th. On 8/10/2006 I said I would come get the lawnmower, fixed or not. When I came in, a repairman had made an adjustment (didn't use any part) and it was fixed. We were without a mower for 2-1/2 weeks. When I got home I had to clean the grease off the handles and levers that they didn't clean off.
Description of Work: Made adjustment of cable on new Honda mower under warranty.
