.F rating overall........ I was dumb enough not to use Angie's list , and tried this neighbor........very upsetting experience...he would complain that he should charge me more for the hours it took to fix his mistakes....
Description of Work: This neighbor Mark Labas of Computer Wizards : re: my toshiba very abrasive personality, spoke too loud even though repeatedly asked to talk softer.... called me too often in a panic that he lost my data even though he knew that he was to back it up, then came out twice to deliver my fixed computer with several empty files that he did not transfer my data . when asked questions he often did not know or told me wrong information. then tries to blame me for his not knowing how to do something....... when my printer says WIRELESS on the front, he says i bought the wrong one that can't print wirelessly. He forgot to set up my email. so I'll have to find someone else who can help. His associate at the I- clinic fixed my husband's macintosh and sounded very knowledgeable over the phone. often Mark Labas would call him to ask questions.
