Description of Work: They were SUPPOSE to repair the the beams and fascia plus remove the sheet rock in the ceiling and replace it. They said they had pulled a permit but had not. We checked at the building permit office. When they got caught in their lie then they went and pulled a permit, after the fact. They charged the homeowner way too much money and made them think they were getting a great job. They started the work in May of 2012 and continued to harass the home owner for more draws, when they had never gotten an inspection. The work was poor and not up to current standards as was told by the building inspector. Their work did not pass inspection although they told the homeowner it had passed and ask for more money again. They failed three times on inspection. The job has been stopped by the homeowner due to this company's poor way of doing business. The owner of the company has yelled and cursed at the homeowner and has threatened to sue them. This company is at fault and has a bad attitude. I contacted the owner of Complete Construction Services to try to work the situation out and let him know what inferior work was done at this home. He yelled at me and threatened to sue the owner. He has been paid 9,000.00 up to now for a small amount of inferior work that was suppose to take only 2 weeks to do. He hangs up in your face as he keeps screaming. The bid was for $18,000.00 from them, and after the fact, we had others bid the same job. The whole job plus more complete work could have been done for $8,450.00 by a reputable company in St. Pete. We had three other bids and they were all in the $8,000.00 to $9,000.00 range. This would also include some leak problems due from the outside. Complete Construction overcharged the homeowner because they live out of state and could not see what he had done. The homeowner flew to Treasure Island and when they saw the work they let him know it was done wrong and was inferior. The tile on the open deck above has lifted and broken due to their hammering and neglect. I am not the property owner, but I am the lessee and I represent the homeowner per their request.

She is absolutely fantastic. She is on the ball and oversees everything. She is fair, in terms in giving you what she says can do and how much it will cost. I can’t say enough about her. I just know if I have something else that happens or need her in the future, not only will she give me a fair price, but she’ll take care of everything. I really admire her. The really impressive part is that she is right there. She stays with the job and oversees everything. She talks to you so that you can understand what’s going on. Smart, young woman!
Description of Work: She did several things for me. I had a leak in my roof and she came over and assessed what she thought, and the work was done within a day. When my sliding door broke, she came over and gave me a fair estimate, a good door, and a carpenter who was amazing.

Although my house is block, there is a lot of wood frame around and it was starting to weather and have water rack So they removed all the wood and had a sub come in to put stucco where the wood was. On the fascia, rotted on the back of the pool enclosure they replaced the wood there. Heather was wonderful. She was on the job actually watching the sub, which I have never seen before. They were constantly there to see that the job is done correctly and the people that she hired was very professional They knew what they were doing and they came in to do what they had to do and cleaned after themselves. I was very pleased and I would use them in the future. .
Description of Work: I had Complete Construction Services & Consulting, Inc to do stucco work and to replace the woodwork near the pool area.
