Nelah Parker is a true professional. She worked with me for nearly four solid months before I found the perfect home. During this time, I made so many changes to my search criteria: single family, no single family, condo, no condo, stairs, no stairs, you name it. Not once did these changes throw her. She approached my home-finding quest with energy, optimism, confidence and determination.
Today we closed on my real estate transaction. I really felt that in Nelah's hands, no stone was left unturned and that she always had my best interests at heart. Nelah is not only the consummate real estate professional, she also makes the process enjoyable. I would use Nelah again for any of my real estate needs.

Nelah Parker has a vast knowledge of everything to do with all aspects of purchasing a home.  She always called when she said she would. She was always punctual when we had an appointment.  She was helpful in the entire transaction, and in all of the details.  I recommend her to everyone I talk to about buying or selling a home.

As out of town buyers, we were nervous about finding the right agent to work with. Mary not only proved to be a ?good match?, but an incredibly knowledgeable and service oriented real estate agent. Thus, we want to share  how pleased we were to work with her.   Mary shared a ton of knowledge with us as we searched for a home in St. Petersburg. From termite and mold considerations to structural engineers and the impact of living near a freeway, she educated us on the ways that home-buying in Florida is quite different than the major mid-west city where we currently reside.

Mary also has the best network of service professionals I have ever encountered. What a plus for out of town buyers who don?t know a soul!   Above all, Mary met our needs as if we were buying an $8 million home instead of an $80,000 one. She was timely in responding to our questions and concerns, and worked hard to get answers to questions from a range of stakeholders. Despite the fact that we had to make on offer on three different houses in order to find a home, Mary stayed with us through the process.  The longer we worked with her, the more we appreciated her real estate expertise and interpersonal skills in some sticky situations.

Too often. people only talk about bad customer experiences. With Mary Burris, we were in awe of the way she guided us through the process. We just closed on our home and are eager to tell others what a great real estate agent she is! And no, we are not related to her in any way and did not previously know her. We are just super-satisfied customers!
