Elaine is disrespectful and unprofessional. Clear tech has done a terrible job cleaning and repairing our pool the past 2 years. The way Elaine treated me this morning was atrocious and the final straw. They installed a pool pump a month ago and it hasn’t worked since it was installed. Clear tech is no longer allowed on our property.

I have had multiple techs leave door hangers on my gate (which can not lock) saying it was done or they missed us without a knock at the door. Last week my pool was not cleaned and on Friday I was promised that I would get two services this week. The first was to be on Monday, and the second to be on Friday to makeup for it (haven’t had anyone out here yet). I called to see what was going on & was told I would have a manager reach out to me which never happened today. This is the second time in 2 months that this has happened as well as a really crappy job being done the first 3 times until a manager got out here.

My son recently lost his pool guy. He was having a pool party on the 4th of July. He was looking for a reliable pool company to clean his green cloudy pool. He noticed Clear Tech in his neighborhood and asked me to call. I spoke to Nicole she listened patiently to my concern with no interruptions. Nicole reached out to her service team to see if his pool could be cleaned within short notice. Clear Tech arrived Saturday prior to the 4th. The technician advised the pool would be clear by morning. Thanks to Nicole the pool was clean and clear and the party was a success. I have spoken to Nicole on another issue, she was extremely helpful. Good employee’s are hard to find, Nicole is a keeper Clear Tech! Thanks to Nicole he now has a new pool service.

Richard our pool cleaning person with Clear Tech Pools is outstanding. His knowledge and his professionalism is outstanding. Richard is a wealth of information and always fills us in on how our pool is doing and also answers all our questions. Went well in all respects. Clear Tech resurfaced our pool, added a vac line, replaced our pump for 220 vac and performs weekly maintenance. They’ve performed superbly for almost six years. Our tech is Carlos, he is reliable and thorough. We’re sticking with ClearTech

Excellent!! I have used clear Tech for my weekly pool maintenance for several years. I have had the same pool technician, Shelby, for years! He is the best!! They also maintain my pool equipment. they are very professional and experienced. i have now scheduled for clear Tech to change out the rusted junction boxes.

This is my second time using Clear Tech Pools. During my first experience there was a communication issue with the Technician and we decided to go elsewhere. Clear Tech sent Joe Pierce over to take care of us and he really tried hard and went above and beyond to win us back. It was so nice to have someone really wanting your business so I promised him if things didn't workout we would return. Well things didn't work out and we went back with Joe P as our tech and have been Extremely happy! Joe takes great pride in his work and goes above and beyond. He explains things and really takes the time to do things properly. My husband is amazed at how clear our water is! Joe knows his stuff and we are lucky to have him as our Pool tech!

I am going to give CLEARTECH an honest review with smoke or BS. Every business has its issues, problems and shortfalls. Cleartech is NO EXCEPTION so I wont blow smoke up anyones rear. The main thing is that when it has mattered and when there has been a problem - these guys have been FANTASTIC. I cannot fault the love, care, attention and service. THEY ARE THE BEST IN TAMPA BAY and that is MY HONEST review. I would NEVER go anywhere else - because no one cares as much as Tom and his wife and the TEAM. They are knowledgeable and skilled and dont BS YOU.

We have a large pool and a large oak tree nearby. Late summer /early fall can be challenging with leaf drop and heavy rain. Carlos does an excellent job keeping on top of the water balance and water clean. His diligence is greatly appreciated. Management, particularly MJ, is fantastic about responsiveness when extra needs are encountered.

I had to have my motor and pump replaced. They came out and had it all completed before I got home and it was great. No mess and nothing to get rid of. Choosing Clear-Tech Pools to remodel our pool and lanai was the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning to the completion of the project, the entire staff and crews were helpful, professional and did what was promised in an efficient, expedient and especially caring manner. Our Salesperson, Joe Mathews, was amazing. He took the time to get to know us and understand our needs and what we were looking for. He was always available to answer any questions and was very thorough in explaining our options, materials and vision of the project. Our Project Manager, Ryan Lesperance, was excellent. He made a commitment for completion and was there every step of the way to provide knowledgeable, accurate and timely oversight. Each crew did excellent and quality work and we were always comfortable knowing we were in good and capable hands each step. The job was completed in the time frame promised and everyone, especially Joe and Ryan, went above and beyond to ensure the premises were clean, all aesthetics were good, and we were satisfied with every detail. We could not be happier or more satisfied!!!

Hired company to do weekly pool maintenance when we went on a trip. We were gone for 3 1/2 weeks. they came prior to us leaving. When we got home there was only 1 hang tag. Also no one came for a week after we got home, had to call. when i got home there was algae on the walls and floor. Made me think they were not coming weekly. 4 days after they came, there was algae growing again. I called on a thursday to tell them. Their answer was my "day was friday and someone would be by then". No one ever showed on Friday. Each time I called they acted like they did not care, fairly rude on the phone. Called on Saturday and cancelled my service. Worst service ever!!! Will not ever use again. The guy on the phone when I called to cancel said, "if you ever need anything again, please call". WHAT?! Why would i ever call them?

"We did respond right away. on both Friday and Saturday. I also sent the check list with photographs to the customer. It is pollen season and we do on occasion get light algae blooms which we treat as quickly as possible. I also tried to explain to the customer that they have a pool surface which is starting to show it's age and has light iron staining which can look like algae in appearance. I wish there was a way for us to upload pictures of the pool for review. I have also tried to reach out to the customer several times to make an offer of some free service without a response."

They have been cleaning my pool for years, because it saves me time and money lugging chlorine jugs back and forth every month. They are always friendly and do a great job. But i was having an issue keeping the pool filled up. They detected the leak, resurfaced the pool, and fixed the pump. The price was good and the end product and service were awesome. I definitely recommend them. They also recently built a pool for one of our close friends in trinity and were $3000 less than the next best bid.

Ive been doing by own pool for years but was having issues with the pump. Decided to get help from the same company that i buy all the cleaning supplies, south pinellas pool supply. Clear tech is the actual company, and they sent Robert out to fix the pump. After the job they did and cleaning after i decided to hire them monthly for service. It saves me so much time and money now, wish i would have done it years ago. They come once a week and now i dont have to worry sbout constantly skimming and cleaning
