As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. What makes us different from our competitors: •Many of our competitors charge by the hour with a 3 or 4 hour minimum. We charge by the visit so that you know what your charge will be each time. •Management conducts an initial visit to your residence so that we can meet each other, determine your specific wants and needs and determine the particular requirements of your home. •All staff are trained and tested on our cleaning methods and standards, regardless of their experience. •All staff is accompanied by management for your first cleaning to ensure that all predetermined client requirements and expectations are addressed. •All staff has passed background checks. •We bring all cleaning supplies. •We do not require contracts. •Most importantly, we appreciate your business and work very hard to keep it.
