City Glass & Mirror

No problems with the work or installation but I felt they were no very willing to listen to my design ideas. I ended up getting something a little different from what I really wanted. I referred them to someone else and they would not even consider doing his job as it was not the norm. If you want basic, standard work done, fine .. but if your looking for something a bit unique, go elsewhere.

Called back 1-26-16. Still not hard, would send installers over next morning before 10:00. Called back a 1: 00  on the 27th.   Finally showed up a t4:30. and said wait another week and they would be back to fix or replace the caulk. Called back on 2-8-16, said we were tired of waiting and wanted them  to come out and replace the caulk.. She would callback. 2-9-16 never called back, called you for help. it is now 2-23 16  and still no calls from them.

When remodeling the bathroom the mirror got dropped on one end cracking the glass. The mirror had designs imprinted in the glass. City Glass cut all 4 sides so that the mirror design remained symmetrical. I carried the mirror into the store and it was cut while I waited. They did a great job and kept me from having to purchase another mirror.

It was fantastic. We were very, very pleased with the pricing they provided and the quality of the work. The glass shower is perfect and it was installed beautifully. We couldn't be happier. The price included some custom hardware. They were very friendly people and professional. They were good to work with. We got 3 bids and they were the low bid. We have recommended them to 2 other people.

Very professional, even answered questions after install (want some different door handles and removal of the dam lip). A+ experience.

THE WORK WAS DONE CAREFULLY, AS SCHEDULED AND THE INSTALLERS CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA AS WELL AS THE NEW WINDOWS. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL, TRUSTWORTHY AND HIGHLY SKILLED. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
