They did a good job and my computer was fixed in a timely manner.

I highly recommend Certified Computers where they have very knowledgeable technicians who are able to repair anything that is wrong with your computer.   I had brought in my desk top which started have some software problems which was resolved by replacing the hard drive.  I have been doing business with then for past four years and have always received excellent customer service which in my case they contacted me and provided tech support by phone.  In the past I have referred them to my neighbors who also were impressed with the service they had received.

Customer service was terrible. Had a Playstation 3 that stopped working. Was told after dropping it off on a Monday, I'd get a call back in a couple of days to get diagnosis. I had to call them on Wednesday to find out what was wrong. I was told that the PS3 would be fixed at the latest by Saturday. I told the owner I'd be going out of town and could pick it up the next Tuesday. I got back in town Tuesday afternoon and had time to pick the machine up. They did not have my PS 3 at the shop. The owner then preceded to give me an attitude and raised his voice at me in the process. He initially refused to work with me in knocking some money off of the price - even when he was in the wrong for telling me my PS3 would be ready 72 hours earlier. I had to return to his store an hour later. He finally had my system ready for me. He did knock $20 off. His work has a 45 day warranty. Guess what? Less than 45 days later, my PS3 crashed... Won't be taking it back to this place.

My old computer had a terrible virus that two tries with VSL computer co had not eliminated. Went to Certified when old computer lost all my WordPerfect files--including my manuscript of a book I'm working on!!! Certified found the lost files in the old computer and moved them to the new computer I had just bought. Then set up the new computer and set up the new printer I had just bought. Employee was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Great work. Only problem is, they don't seem to have a policy of first in--first worked on so anybody who comes in AFTER You sometimes gets their work done. Have to be forceful and stand there while they fix it. I don't mean this to an anyway take away from the work they do. They are excellent and I will use them again if needed. Strong A.

They got the job done in one day. They did a good job with everything. They were willing to go back and get any files they missed at no extra charge. They were very friendly and helpful.
