The sales team and the painters were extremely professional and helpful! Bar far the best experience with a contractor Iâ ve had. They are thorough, detailed and up front. Would definitely recommend!

When Filippo, the owner, walked through to estimate our job he offered additional ideas his painters would carry out to make our condo look top notch. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and available for any questions or concerns we had throughout the job. Sebastian and Eduardo, our Certa Pro painters, were efficient and very conscientious. And they were fun to have around! They went above and beyond to fix a few woodwork and ceiling issues that were not apparent when Filippo gave us the job estimate. They will be our painters for future jobs in our condo; I wouldn t even get another estimate. Truly a 5/5-star job!

I recently had Certapro paint the exterior of my home. It was a big project as it's a three story house. I was a bit skeptical at first as there pricing was far below the other quotes I received. However, Mario and his crew did an outstanding job in just about a weeks time. They were on time, polite , clean and did everything asked without hesitation. I would hire them again for any painting job needed.

Certa pro did a great job! Frank is an artist with matching textured walls! He and Allan make a star team. I am extremely pleased with the customer service, responsiveness, answering my questions as we went long the process and being flexible as other contractors finished their work. Thanks!

The complete job that these two painters did was totally Top Notch, they arrived on time as per the phone called I got a day ahead of time, we were given a two day window of when all would be completed, but they were able to complete all in one day, Pressure Washing, recaulking around all the windows, priming the house, then going to Sherwin-Williams to pickup the color we choose for the outside of the house! They did an AWESOME job on this house, which if I had b4 photos on this house, which as I may add ~ HASN’T been painted in over 30 plus years & royally NEED’D a desperate paint job! CertaPro came out and quoted the work. We agreed and signed the contract. After pressure washing my house, removing most of our color, they wanted to add an additional 14% to price to scrape out soffit. Their proposal(in writing) says "scrape the soffit as needed". I'm 71 and this is a classic bait and switch. They now say they won't paint my house at all, leaving me stuck. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Painters were very professional...we had a last minute paint color change ...the paint we selected was darker than we realized...although they had spent hours cutting in...they worked with us to select a new color; and still completed the job in 3 days. They arrived early each morning...worked a full 8 hrs...cleaned up each day before leaving !!.. Our painters were a father/son team ...they worked very well together ...accommodated our requests..we would highly recommend Marco and his son!!!! The salesman , Kevin came out ti the house the first day to meet with crew and myself!!!..He also assisted us with the color change. He worked with us on each phase of the project..we want to Thank him for making our project a success!!!!

Encountered prolonged delays in getting the project started; project included both interior and some exterior work; they backed out of the exterior work based on the Time & Material costs quoted in the contract - wanted to send someone to provide a quote for the exterior work, but never followed up in scheduling an appointment. Far too busy with work to be concerned with my project. Was told by the sales person that a particular person (name not to be mentioned here) would be doing my interior painting. After prolonged delays, that person was still running behind and was advised that they were hiring new people. After about 6 weeks delay, job was finally scheduled for a Monday. After trying to confirm on the Friday before, was advised Saturday that they were still running about 2 weeks behind & my painting would have to be rescheduled. Then Sunday evening, was advised that they could do the interior work on Monday as scheduled. The person the sales rep had said he wanted to do my job was not available. Two people arrived who were not at all familiar with the scope of work, and asked if I had the paint. When I met with the salesperson, I initially said I would provide the paint, but he said it would be best if they provided the paint as their cost would be lower than mine. We discussed this at length and left it with the understanding that they would provide the paint. The person in the office that I worked with also understood that they would provide the paint. However, I was later advised that the sales representative did not include the paint cost in the quoted price -- so while they did provide the paint, it resulted in an increase of my quoted cost. Reasonably happy with the end result, although while painting the ceiling, paint was sprayed on a leather recliner. After significant scrubbing, I was able to remove it. Also when putting furniture back in place, an end table lamp fell off of the table and hit the wall, putting a ding in the wall. Damage was done to the lamp, which was rigged back together. Since it's an old lamp, I guess that's OK. And a thick layer of paint covered up the ding in the wall. Overall, I was very enthused about working with this company after meeting with the sales representative and even thought they might be a good company to work with on a future project that I'm envisioning to be ready in a few months. However, I'm very disappointed in how things progressed with them and I, REGRETFULLY, would never do business with them in the future.

On time and very professional, did an excellent job.

They painted the entire condo interior. They did a good job within the required time frame. They provided a thorough and professional estimate, were punctual, and cleaned up very well.
