prompt knowledgable service. product itself has has features I don't like: hose kinks a bit too easily but is light and easier to handle; carpet height adjustment requires bending down to poorly marked dial; don't like handle configuration and push button release is sticky.

Very professional and conscientious service providers.  Know their stuff and are very polite, responsive and punctual.  Advised against some more expensive alternatives.  Unit has worked perfectly since their service.

Purchased new vacuum earlier in the year and really like it.  The part that broke was my fault, not the machine's.  Overall experience with this company has been excellent.

The one thing I really liked about this provider was his flexibility. I had purchased a Miele a while back and one of my contractors used it like a shop vac. I then decided to purchase a new one but wasn't sure I wanted to spend a ton of money. The good news was they would put me on a payment plan and over five months take 50 per month. I spend that on just about everything I do, so I took them up. Received the vacuum and when I got it, I had someone else look at my old Miele Shop Vac, and for 90 dollars he fixed it. so I called them up and told them I wasn't sure if I was going to keep the new one and the gentleman who answered the phone was great. Let me know what you want to do and you can ship it back. After I tried it once, I knew it was going to stay in my home, so I really enjoyed the transaction and the professionalism as well as the deal I received.

Everything went well.  Old vacuum exhaust bag/filter was greatly compromised due to accumulation of dirt being trapped in between the two membranes of the old filter.  After repair, the vacuum system operated with far, far greater suction and efficiency.

It was great, I had no problems at all on anything, everything is as I ordered. They told me when it was coming and they came and there was no damage or anything so I got everything that I ordered. They are comparable with everybody else as to their price. I never had any problems with them at all. I didn't really speak to anybody, I just ordered in the internet so I haven't talked to anybody there. Everything went fine through the internet.
