CATALINA POOL SERVICE INC

I have been using this company for 3 years now to do weekly pool/chemical services on my pool. I like the guy that comes, but service is average at best. There have been many weeks were they did not show. Several times my pool has turned green. They do not do the filter cleaning/backwash on a regular basis. I always have to remind them. Will be looking for a better option in the near future.

Very poor quality of work - hired them to maintain my swimming pool. Paid $115 for initial service and agreed to pay $65/MO for weekly service thereafter. After 2-3 weeks, my pool was green. I took a sample in to the local pool store, and I had zero stabilizer and zero chlorine in my pool - it was essentially tap water. Algae had set in and it took me weeks to get the water clear again. I called to cancel my service and explained the situation, and I must say they were very apologetic and respectful. However, they did not offer me my money back for the chemicals they supposedly put in my pool but were not present in my water sample. This may have been the work of one bad employee, but my experience with this company was not good.
