Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I was very happy with the pricing, and wanted to move forward. David felt it was ok to just have a verbal contract; however, I was expecting to have a written contract. He started the project without my knowledge because he felt a verbal was good enough. He removed my AC unit without me present, threatened me to pay for the new unit without me knowing what brand name he was installing. At then end of this, he broke into my house demanding that I pay for the new air conditioner before the electrician hooked it up to see if it would work. He also lied to the permitting department, which made his less liable. He was the most unstable person that I have ever dealt with in my life. I contacted the police, but did not pursue anything outside a report.
