I found Stephan extremely professional and warm and caring. He assisted me in bathing and expressing my dogs anal glands. I would definetly recommend this establishment and will be going back!

I like that the dogs come out happy and have a good time when they are there. They aren't racing at the door towards to come get them. The staff is superb and you can tell the dogs really like the them.
