Bob insisted on a $800.00 deposit against the contract of $1,055.00. I agreed as the wood is expensive and part of the work would be done off site. Bob made a templete, cashed the check and we have yet to see him. After numerous calls to him, he responded with excuses of being out of town and he could not get messages, while in Orlando, 125 miles away, and being at his aunts funeral in Oregon, and he "forgot his phone, as he could not find his phone when he left town" I tried to contact him without success until I filed fraud charges against him with the the local law enforcement as well Florida Consumer proctection department which as a open file on him, and will be filing criminal charges.

I bought a big ornate gold frame, took it and the picture to him. He made an insert to make the picture fit into the frame beautifully. He did a perfect job. He is very nice to deal with. He keeps his word, work is done when he says it will be. He keeps in communication with you at all times.
