Mr. Bourchard arrive in a timely manner and was very professional. I would recommend him for antique appraisal service. note i was not charged anything for his service but the angies list app would not let me put zero as a value.

They do charge a high commission, but they run a good show. Basically, everything turned out well, and I would definitely use their services in the future.

Have been to both their Saturday and Sunday auctions Mr. Burchard and his staff are friendly knowledgeable and extremely customer service oriented. They delivered some items to me after the auction and were extremely helpful and it was very easy and friendly. They also provide some hors d'oeuvres and drinks to their customers that attend their auctions which makes it a lot better. So far I have purchased some antique furniture and artwork and a chandelier from them all were extremely high quality. I have been going to auctions for many years and this auction house by far exceeds almost all the rest. They are on par with a major city auction house but still provide a personal level of customer service unlike most of the big auction houses.

Everything went the way it was supposed to. They did a great job.

We did really well on it and we won. So we were real happy. You can buy much better quality of stuff for like a third of the price. It is used, but very high quality stuff. They usually have some interesting items. They do some large estates. Wealthier people's estates and there is usually something interesting to look at their auctions. They don't govern the prices. It is whatever comes in. They sold an item for $67,000 that they estimated for $600. They are pretty good at answering questions.

Was as "Picker" gave suggestions on where to get appraisals for very few items.

They did a good job, and also gave me some good money for what I gave them.

Went fine.

Their prices and quality cannot be beat in this area.
