BUDGET SELF STORAGE

Overall I highly recommend this facility to others. I can't speak for the outdoor units, but the indoor units are very clean and the entire premises are kept clean. It is a nice facility and the staff there is pretty nice. We rented for several months - first two months were on some sort of promotional special (Rent was 50% off I believe) and after that period of time we were charged the regular monthly rate (108.07 with tax). I liked that I was able to pay my bill on-line (I could also go into the office if I wanted to, but the convenience of paying on-line was there, which is nice!)
There was only one thing about this facility that I didn't love (and it is really minor): the entry gate was extremely slow to close behind you. As a woman who would sometimes go well after hours (11pm, 12am), I really wanted to be sure that all was secure and that nobody was coming in behind me. The gate taking so long to close was a concern because not only could any ol' car easily come in during that time, but also people on foot (yes, I may be a bit paranoid, lol). There was an added security measure that one could only access the indoor units with a code, so that was good. Good place, convenient location.... I recommend. :)
