Shiloh took one look at our yard and knew what needed to be done. He was able to fix what a previous contractor had messed up. It was expensive, but I think it was probably a fair price. Shiloh was responsive and did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it.

Overall, I think the work is excellent quality. The drain works extremely well. The concrete work looks good and is barely noticeable because he blended it well with existing concrete of the porch/pool deck. Also, he did not destroy our pool screen/cage, which I am pleased about because that saved us an extra headache of fixing it. The new boat parking looks really good. It took him about 2 days of 10hrs working (about 20 hrs total) to finish this project.
My only complaint: He is hard to get in touch with. We had called about 2 months prior for an estimate, was told ground was too wet to do the project and he would call us back in 2-3 weeks to set up a date to come out. He never called back. I called again early December and it took about 3 calls to finally get with the owner and set up for the inspection. However, once he gave the date he would come, he was punctual and professional. He came in within 2 days of giving the quote and started working, and once he got started the job was done very quickly and to specifications. The work came in exactly the price as was quoted. Also, his workers were all very nice and respectful.

Poorly from the very beginning

My home getting a new landscape started with having six other companies as well as Bradford Landscaping come out and give my wife and I an estimate. Shiloh impressed us with his extensive knowledge as well as agreeing to do the job with nothing but a handshake up front. Shiloh and his crew did a wonderful job at addressing our every need and want throughtout the whole project. When i show people before and after pictures it is hard for them to believe it is the same home. My old cracked and stained concrete driveway is now a beautiful amaretto colored paver driveway. Another thing is that i has architects and lanscapers at my home in the past and nobody to could seem to address my drainage issues. I had an water flowing across my porch at times and working its way under my door until Shiloh came up with a solution. It rained all day today and not a drop of water is to be found where at times before water was standing. Shilohs tree crew took down a tree that has been keeping me awake on windy nights for years out of fear it was going to break and take out my whole house. It was a spectacle to see something that big and high be taken down without even dropping one single limb on my roof. My dried up weed infested front yard is now a lush green lawn thanks to Bradfords sod installation and the sprinkler system that they installed. My back yard is now a colorful xeriscape with crushed shell as a ground cover and limestone border walls. Shioh took the time to take my wife and I to the nursery to educate us on the plants that were going to be on our yard before he installed them.Since we are getting older it is sometimes hard to see the pathway to the door of our home in the dark, the low voltage lighting around our home solved that problem and it accents our new palm trees that Bradford planted wonderfully. From front yard to back yard from beginning to end Shiloh and his team made our dream yard happen.

We set up a time for them to come out to give me an estimate. Someone also confirmed our appt that day a few hours earlier via phone. Well, my husband took 2 hours off from work to meet them out there. Well, they never showed up! I called them 10 times and no one ever picked up. That was extremely unprofessional. Please don't waste your time with this company like we did.

i'm in the process of having my front yard re-soded and landscaped. after seeing commercial ads about bradford's landscaping and visiting their website, i decided to set up a consultation which included a free estimation to get his professional opinion about what he felt could be done to make the curb appeal to my house better. i e-mailed the company first and got no response from them. ok. so, i then decided to call and finally, i get a response from them. not that big of a deal because i assume that they are busy. i set up the 1st consultation for myself and my parent's who live next door on friday, march 25, 2011. i get a call from one of the workers on the appointment date mind you, saying that shiloh couldn't make the appointment due to a family emergency and if i could reschedule for the following monday. i agree because emergencies happen. well, monday rolls around and shiloh calls me this time saying that the guy made a mistake in rescheduling me for monday, because he was still out of town, but assured me that he would be back on that wednesday/thursday and would contact me as soon as he got into town so he could take a look at my yard. my mom said that for a business, they didn't act like they wanted our business so, i should start looking elsewhere, but me being the optimist that i am i told her, "ok, but he said he was going to contact me as soon as he got back in town." humph! if shiloh contacted me about my consultation i flew to the moon twice and back since march 25th and it's april 24th...a month later and still no contact from bradford's landscaping . i find this to be very unprofessional behavior. i feel like i got the run around and basically ignored. i'm not going to beg a company to take my money.

My wife called to make an appointment to show this company what we were looking for in landscaping design and installation. They canceled the first appointment and rescheduled. They canceled again and never returned the call to reschedule.

EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER, EVERYTHING WAS DISPOSED OF WITH NO REMNANTS LEFT BEHIND, THE SOD HAS TAKEN BEAUTIFULLY, AND THEY STAYED UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP AT THE END OF THE JOB.
