They are very professional, responsive, and their work is excellent. They are fair, honest, and timely.

Bryan came out to the house and estimated what it would take to remove the 14 old windows and replace them with new hurricane approved windows within the original framework.  He and his associate were punctual and friendly.  They cleaned up after each day of work.  It took several days over a couple weeks to complete the project due to rainy weather conditions.  He made sure the windows were sealed or covered before he left each day in case of evening rains.  There were no leaks during the replacement process.  Bryan completed all the forms for the City and filled out wind mitigation forms for our insurance company.  The windows look wonderful and my husband and I were very pleased with Bryan's work.

By the way, I observed the work and it definitely takes someone who knows what they are doing to replace the damaged wood and, then, to get all the angles straight, etc. He also did an excellent job of sealing the woodwork around and beneath the door. He also gave me good advice on how to paint the doorway.

Bryan submitted an estimate for job and to my surprise came in under the estimate and on time. This is one exacting contractor. Being a CPA I thought I was detailed in was I do, but I can not hold a candle to Bryan. From installing the cabinets, granite counter tops, vanity and tile; to painting and all the little design elements the outcome was wonderful. He was always prompt and on the job when he said he would be there, that alone would make me hire him again. It is something I have not found with most home service providers.

TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED (SOME DUE TO WEATHER, ETC.), BUT WAS WORTH THE WAIT BOTH FOR PRICE AND QUALITY OF WORK.

When he was putting the pocket door in he had to make a hole in my wall and put a new slider in and repair the wall. He made it look perfect. Whatever detail was needed, he took care of. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is the kind of worker I felt so comfortable with giving a key and letting him work without worrying about anything in my house. That meant so much to me. If something wasn’t quite right, he came to me with the problem, explained everything to me and gave me my options. He has a wonderful background. I just can’t say enough, he’s excellent!
