Bingham's Professional Pest Management

Bingham honored the sellers contract and tented my home before we closed. They check quarterly to make sure there is no activity.

One word... PATHETIC. My 1925 wood framed home needed tenting to kill a few infested areas of termites. I interviewed 3 companies, all were close in price, but chose Bingham's because of the professionalism of the consultant (Sion Otter) that came to my home. We agreed to a time and date for their service. The tent crew showed up 12 noon sharp as agreed. They hit the ground running, clearly wasting no time to tent the home. In the process the worker in the home was literally running through the house with equipment and turning on all ceiling fans (7). In the process he pulled a chain for a fan over my wife’s desk so hard he shook the glass globe off the fan fixture, it fell and landed on my wife’s desk and shattered. The man offered no apology, and was even hesitant to offer to clean up the broken glass. Returning home after the tent was off, and the house was CLEARED for occupation, which is normally 24hours, we decided to take a short vacation and did not return home for 3 additional days. Upon returning home, I noticed that my eyes were irritated and my sinuses and throat were becoming irritated also. As I checked the home and property I found a couple of my extension ladders moved to the middle of the yard, and my saw horses were tossed away from the side of the garage, I also noticed the roofing material on a covered walkway that connects my detached garage to my house was BROKEN in several places. This material has been in place for 20 years, and survived many strong storms and even Irma, only to have it broken by a careless pest control company. I did complain to the owner, that also did not offer an apology, but he did offered to come to the home the following week to review the damage.....3 weeks have come and gone and I have not heard from him! They did good on responsiveness.

This was the first time they had done service for me. The service was fine. We got them from some good friends of ours, so we tried them and they just seemed to do fine. We haven’t tried a lot of pest control companies. Now they come every month or 2, maybe it’s every quarter and spray for bugs outside my house. Then we have them check every year for termites. I’m kind of married to them now. They are right in the ball park I’m sure on price. They call ahead when they’re going to come, then they’re there, then they let me know what they did there that time. I get an email of the receipt and it’s all done online. It works fine. They are professional. They have a nice facility, I drive by it. The trucks are nice and clean when they come out. The people that come here have been very professional, knowledgeable. They will talk to me a bit and then they will do their job, they don’t overdo it. I think the price is okay. Termites they come in every year and inspect, that’s a separate deal. Then the bug control, someone else comes and does that.

They seem to keep them out pretty good. They’ve been pretty good. They call ahead of time and send an email. The pricing is probably average. I think they've been doing pest control for me for 2 or 3 years.

I like their service, it’s good. Interactions was good. Work turned out fine.

Great. The company was extremely professional, showed up at the expected time, and explained the service in detail. Chad and Trisha were wonderful.

The vendor's response to my review was not accurate. They were told where to mail invoices and simply refused to do it. Our properties can be remotely accessed--they would never let us know when they were coming. Their people could not get in and out fast enough

We were experiencing swarming drywood termites in our home.  We contacted Bingham's and they scheduled an inspection for a couple of days later.  The inspector, Corey, was courteous and professional.  He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and organized the tenting.  The tenting was performed and seems to have eradicated the termites.  There were some hiccups but the owner, Brian, immediately followed up and rectified the issues. Brian took time from his busy schedule to personally ensure that we were satisfied with their service.  As a result, we'll continue to use Bingham's in the future and recommend their service to others.

Difficult to schedule them. Only go to certain areas once a week--if you miss their schedule then you have to wait another week. They would spray outside -- and then bill for the full-service of spraying inside and outside. Insects were back within a month or 2.

Noah worked us in for same day service. I called the office at 930 am and he was here by 1130am. Noah worked very quickly and efficiently using a couple of different nozzles to spray from the top and to get it underground.

We love them!!  I am a very particular person.  We have a house full of animals and dishes, which is a real attractor for bugs.  We are on a yearly contract and the bugs are absolutely gone, and everyone is so polite!

I like this company very much.  They are coming back regularly for service.

Provider did exactly what he said he would do.  Was very nice.  Hope I do not have to use him again but would in an instant!

The original tenting in March 2014 did not kill the termites so company re-tented in August.  To their credit, they have been very responsive to my complaints and problems.  In March the workers failed to return my rake then lost it.  Management quickly bought a new one.  They re-tented at no cost but the workers failed to lock the windows and one door when they left.  They also did not replace the bulbs in the security lights. Management came out quickly to replace bulbs.  Bottom line:  management responsive but the problems should not have happened.
