They were professional. Their price was reasonable, but in comparison would have been the higher end.

They were very personable. The designers are very good. They came out and measured the house and went through the whole process with us. They explained everything. They did all of the leg work and brought everything that we were looking for to us, instead of us having to do it. The designer, Christine, was an acutal award winner. The only thing that we had an issue with was the contracting firm. That wasn't really the designer's fault, because we make the final decision on who we want to have the contract with.
