Sales manager was very honest and knowledgable

My husband and I went to bed pros on Park Street in St. Petersburg the store manager is Tony Alfonso, After we looked at several mattresses Tony spoke about certain mattress that we wanted being $7000 however everywhere else that I looked at the exact same mattress it was only 5000 but he said he would give me a special deal for 4700 I told him that my husband and I would come back later I need to think about it and I had a memorial service to attend he said yeah right you don't think I hear that one all the time! My husband said no we really do have a memorial service to go to, Tony then ask my husband if he was full of ****, After Tony didn't like what the response was he got back he asked for $50 to hold the bed in case somebody came in to buy it we said no we would be back after the memorial service to which he sighed and said what am I doing wrong did not get you what you want! I have never been treated in my life so poorly by a sales person I really liked the bed and I was going to go back for it but, I wouldn't buy anything off of this man so I will go to another location to purchase my mattress. I'm not one to complain and I never ever leave reviews but I was so horrified at how this man spoke to me and my husband that I had to leave a review. Bed pros needs to reevaluate their store manager at the 4021 Park St. N. location in St. Petersburg Florida
