It's very unsatisfactory workmanship. He hasn't completed the job, and it's been over 4 months. The only job he's completed is the light fixture. There's a hole under mirror, he was supposed to add a linen closet, and it's a disaster. He's ruined the fixtures, and we had to purchase new materials. He used muriatic acid in preparation for re-glazing the tub, and it took the finish off of all of the fixtures in the tub. He would go weeks without doing any work, and every time we asked for a completion date, he said it was a work in progress. We finally had to tell him that we could not have him for the job any longer, because we can't afford to keep replacing the things he's damaged. When I told him this, he was very unprofessional, and used vulgar language. He's never given us a contract, and now our bathroom is a total disaster. He's now threatening to put a lien on our home for 8 times the amount he says that we still owe him.

I called for them to install new guttering and after the first hard rain we had the guttering did not work. The water overflowed the gutter and flooded several areas. When the owner did not respond, I got the names of some guttering companies who came out and informed me that the guttering was not installed properly. I sent him a certified letter to inform him of the issue and he has not responded. I have also contacted him via the telephone with no results. I requested he return the payment as the gutters have to be removed and replaced. In reference to the storm door that was installed, the door was installed improperly and some components were not installed at all. These include rubber stripping along the bottom of the door, some screws are missing leaving the door insecurely mounted and he did not install the hydraulic closer.

"THIS IS WHAT YOU GET FOR TRYING TO HELP SOMEONE WITH NO MONEY, I DID $1000 WORTH OF WORK FOR $175.00 AND SOME FOR FREE AND AFTER 8 MONTHS SHE CLAIMS HER GUTTERS WEREN'T PUT UP RIGHT, I DID GO TO HER HOUSE AND SHE WAS GETTING A ARBOR PUT UP IN FRONT OF THE GUTTERS AND THE PERSON DOING THAT BROKE THEM AND WHEN I TOLD HER I COULD NOT FIX THEM FOR FREE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT BECAUSE OF WORKMANSHIP OF MINE, SHE SENT ME A LETTER SAYING SHE WAS GOING TO RUIN MY BUSINESS IF I DIDNT GIVE HER $175.00 SAD SAD SAD"

I called them on a Thursday to get an estimate and they have not returned my call! I am very disappointed, and will not be calling them out to do the work.

"THIS LADY MUST HAVE HAD THE WRONG NUMBER BECAUSE I CHECKED MY PHONE RECORDS FOR THIS DAY AND CALLED THEM ALL TO APOLOGIZE TO HER BUT THERE WAS NOT A MEMBER WITH HER NAME ON THERE, MAYBE SHE SHOULD HAVE CONSIDERED THAT BEFORE GIVING ME A UNFARE REPORT."
