The experience from start to finish was wonderful. This is the second window treatment that was done by Jackie and Gary. They make you at ease with everything. They are so easy to work with and make the entire process seamless. The windows are beautiful and they stand behind their work. I will use them again and again for each and every window in the house. It is worth every penny. I got a couple of quotes prior to going with Beach 2 Bay designs, and I have never regretted the decision.

I had an estimate last year to replace all of the window treatments in my house. Gary & Jackie came to my house, brought plenty of samples to take a look at, made suggestions...as this isn't my forte, and were so easy to talk to as well as really listened to what I wanted. At my request they did half the treatments last year and then we completed the rest this year. They still had my measurements from last year & I never felt pressured to do all of the window treatments at one time. Their employee Steve who did all of the installations was friendly, professional, on time & is extremely good with follow through. I would highly recommend Bay2Bay! My blinds are beautiful and the experience was a pleasure!
