Outstanding. The condo had not been painted in 20 years. It needed stains killed, repairs made, then paint everything, including ceiling, walls, base boards and all doors. Also, the front patio walls and the concrete deck was also cleaned, prepped and painted. Bruce Steffenhagen was very thorough, and he used quality paint, not the cheap builder's grade. He even came back when the carpet was down to touch up. I am very satisfied.
