It is not uncommon for a construction company to take on more than one job at a time. Everyone was paid for on that job except the plumber, as you well know. You also know why the plumber was not paid anymore. He added costs and did not back them up with invoices and change orders for payment. That protects you and your money, if there was a legitmate reason he was charging us more for his work than he needed to put it in writing which I gave him ample time to do and requested that he do more than once. You were a very pleasant man to work with and if I remember correctly, you invited us both to come over after the construction was over and we received final payment. We never heard mention of any problems. We did move and I am sorry if we did not get your calls, we had the same numbers that you always reached us on. I have no idea really what or when your change of opinion in our company occurred. But let me say again in your own words you were happy with the outcome and quality, you got exactly the work done you contracted for, for the amount you contracted for. You have no leins, on your property, only a threat from a plumber that did not do his due diligence and provide us as the General Contractors of your project with a legitamate invoice for work done which I requested from he and his wife who runs his office several times, but you are not happy because I did not spend your money freely? Am I to understand you correctly? I once again am sorry for missing your calls, but your project was over, you were happy when we left. And everyone was paid that worked there and provided me an invoice for work completed. I think we did our job.
