Marty and Robin did fantastic work. My regrouted shower looks like a brand new shower. The color sealing of my floor makes the room look much larger! Thank you for a professional well-done job!

extremely well. Pete arrived on time and went above and beyond to help with the remodel. He did what was necessary and finished all the projects within one day. He has been my families AC guy for over 30 years and when we bought our house 5 years ago he fixed a 14 yr old unit and did maintenance on it for 2 years while we saved for a new unit. Then when it was time for the new unit we planned to do it while out of town. He has also responded quickly and is very helpful. Should there be an issue he will talk you though step by step to try and resolve the issue yourself. When it came time to remodel and fix some issues with having an older house he was always there and helping me every step of the way.

He will always be our AC guy as long as he is in business. He is very honest, upfront, on time and professional.

Based on my recent A/C service call with Pete Siciliano, as well as several prior jobs performed, I was astonished to see that Bay to Bay Building Maintenance had no Angie's List reviews: the service calls have been so thorough, and Pete so punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and educational about my A/C systems, that it literally feels like a PRIVILEGE to pay the bill, so great is the return on investment.
I initially called Pete based on a referral; my air conditioner had stopped working on a scorching July day. Based on my telephone description, Pete was instantly able to diagnose the problem, and walked me through the steps I needed to take to get the unit restarted and the house back to a survivable temperature until he could arrive and perform an obviously required service call (the-home was newly purchased, and the seller had hidden many deficiencies, including inadequate and rigged duct work. In the course of the initial service call, Pete not only repaired my air handler and service the A/C unit, but TAUGHT me how to do my own maintenance to avoid the problem I had incurred as well as the repeated expense of unnecessary "scheduled service visits."
A year or so later, when my ceiling had begun to stain around the vent area, Pete accessed my attic, discovered how the poorly the sellers had installed several duct connections, and performed the necessary repair. He also observed that my ceiling vents had been installed backwards, and used a temperature gun to show me the scientific principles behind vent placement and which vents were problematic --- switching the vents as needed as he explained this without charge, thereby preventing further condensation and staining issues, and saving me immense sums in extensive repairs with a few minor improvements.
During my most recent service visit, Pete also reviewed a building inspection report I had commissioned and provided his expert advice not only regarding my A/C unit and handler, but lent his insight as to which issues to address in which priority based on my future plans.
Pete is not only the embodiment of a professional businessman, but in my encounters and transactions, has invariably proved to be the most outstandingly and astonishingly competent, thorough, pleasant, and pragmatic professionals I've yet to meet in eight years in this region. His service area doesn't extend far into Tampa - his business mostly concentrates on the St. Pete / Clearwater side of the Gandy Bridge, but I'm eminently pleased he made an exception in my case, and I unhesitatingly recommend Bay to Bay Maintenance for the privilege of meeting Pete Siciliano alone, never mind the outstanding work he performs and the tremendously useful knowledge he readily provides.
