There was only on glitch with the windows I did have to wait 2 weeks longer than estimated because of a window measurements were computed in correctly.

I had a person come out to do an estimate and everything was going good until the person didn't have the color that I wanted. I went to a home show and they had the colors I wanted and I didn't understand why they didn't have the colors.

We've used this company before over the years as we have been replacing windows. This time we had a horrible experience. The salesman made promises he didn't keep (found out later he was fired the day after he took our order), the manufacturing and delivery of the windows was delayed due to production problems, management didn't return our phone calls and I had to show up in person to get satisfaction. Plus, we have been waiting over a year to have a defective door they sold us on a previous order replaced. After we ordered this most recent set of windows, we found we could have purchased from another company with superior product and have had it delivered on time.

What a big expensive project! It took me a year to plan and choose the windows and doors and I was happy to support a local company. There were some problems with salesmen turning over, but once all the details got hammered out, the company was very responsive. Some of the doors took longer than expected, but in the end I'm a satisfied customer.
