Bay Area Floor Care

The owner smoked in the 54 year old house that had never been smoked in. Owner assured us that everything we put on counters would be covered with plastic and no need to remove things on the walls. We came by to check the work after the second day, found a few beer cans around the house, no plastic covering on his belongings dust all over everything, strong smell of smoke. We stopped by the next day to talk to him and we could smell beer on his breath and it was prior to noon. He left the garage door open all night at least three times and parked in the yard one day. After eleven days owner claimed the floor was finished. We went to look at it and discovered the floors in the entire house were polished all but the six inches of floor around the base boards,toilets and closets . My husband called him and he said he would return the next day to fix the edges and his wife showed up instead. She explained to me that "they can't do close to the walls without getting on our knees(well yeah) and we don't do that." We are very dissatisfied with the results and my fathers stressful six day extra stay at my house. The good news is he did manage to replace dad's beer he "borrowed" My father is an original owner in Patrician Point as well as a Navy World war II veteran and I feel he was treated unfairly. I am sharing this in hopes somebody else will have a better restoration experience. in my opinion this company cannot provide good service due to alcohol abuse on the job. We were looking for contractors to restore the terrazo floors in our clubhouse. The receptionist at the company, after hearing all the details, responded that we couldn't afford to have this work done. They were not interested in providing a written estimate for the work. Not a very professional response. At least give us the details and let us make that decision. I wonder how many other customers have gotten a response like this. We will never contact or recommend this company to anyone else.

It went terrible.  They filled the cracks, then ground it down across the floor, which made the floor a different color from the area next to it.  Additionally they wont assist in getting the issue resolved.

This work was Great !!!! . Paul came out and gave estimate which I accepted. Due to conditions out of his control
I required this work done tomorrow.  Paul rearranged his scheduled to start the next day on my house.
His workers were very professional, neat and clean.  I am very happy how the floors came out and the services
that paul and his crew provided and will use his services in the future if needed.

DONT HAVE ENOUGH EXPERIENCE IN THERE TRADE. VERY POOR WORK. NEED TO WORK FOR SOMEONE ELSE AND LEARN HOW TO DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
