He took my money and did not produce the product. There was no design. We paid him to advise us as to whether we could complete a specific thing with a property we were considering purchasing. He told us the property would work so we bought it. After we bought the property, he told us what we wanted wasn t possible. He could never produce a set of workable plans. He told us he had a biddable set of plans. We took it to five different builders who all told us it wasn t a biddable set of plans, that it was strictly cookbook and they couldn t take it to a permitting board. He told us he was an architect and in the end he couldn t sign off on it because he s not an architect. He never came up with a design. He never developed a workable set of blue prints. He said he d give back the money and I haven t seen him in two years. I ll see him again when I sue him.
