He never delivered the product he contracted to produce. He is a convicted felon and is again going on trial February 9, 2010 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County for stealing our money. If his name comes up in any business, run fast the other way. His arrest and conviction record is in the public records.

We paid a 50% deposit and was told it would be 8 weeks. At the 8 week mark we contacted Jason and he said there was a part missing from the hardware they got from the manufacturer and he didn't have a date yet when it would arrive. After another 2 weeks, Jason stopped responding to emails. We've since done more reasearch and found that Jason has multiple default judgments against him for failure to complete works. He has also been arrested for scheme to defraud and unlicensed contracting work as a carpenter.
