I called Barry on the recommendation of Jay Lewis from JSL painting. Barry, although booked on a big job, made the time to come out immediately and give me an estimate. I found him to be knowledgable and willing to explain the issues with the chimney and what his solutions would be depending on the amount of damage uncovered. Since he could not start on the repairs right away, he effected a temporary repair to make sure that no additional rain would leak in prior to the permanent repairs. When the day came to fix the chimney he showed up on time and did a careful and thorough job in a timely fashion. I found it easy to communicate with Barry and he kept me informed every step of the way. Based on the time and effort Barry took for these repairs, $825 was an excellent price. I would use Bartlett Plastering again and highly recommend them.
