She made an excellent impression- she was the hardest working person we have ever used. Her company sponsors a weekly session for realtors called a "pitch session." While here, they basically tout all of their listings. Kelly would push really hard for us by organizing tours for open houses that included meals. So she created an environment that would attract people to come. I also appreciated that she gave me a realistic price. In other words, they are pragmatic about the market. At the same time, she is extremely organized- everything there was to do, she did it, and did it well. She charged 6% of the selling price.
