PROMISES OF AN APPRAISAL BY TUES, 3/9/04 WERE NOT MET. I HAD EVEN TOLD HER I WOULD MEET HER IN TOWN TO PICK UP FROM HER.

"Fri, 3/5/04, I met w/ member at her condo for the purpose of an inspection. At that time I stated I would try to complete appraisal by Tues, 3/9/04. After much research I was unable to find recent & qualified comparable sales. This condo complex is under renovation & units are being resold by on-sight sales office. I was told they would get back to me w/ info on sales in the bldg. The next day sales office gave my asst. incomplete data. After another phone conversation w/ them the next day I was able to obtain recent sales similar to members unit. I proceeded & completed appraisal & member received the report on Wed, 3/10. Normally an appraisal report requires 5-6 days of completion depending on the research of available data & my workload. Even after explaining that I was waiting on info from sales office member failed to realize the complexity in completing the appraisal. I do feel that I fully fulfilled my obligation in a timely manner due to the extenuating circumstances."
