I CALLED ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE AND ORDERED WHITE ROSES BUT WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK THEM UP THEY WERE NOT THERE. A FLORIST HAS TO BE TRUSTWORTHY TO BE GOOD, AND IF YOU CANT COUNT ON THEM TO HAVE THE FLOWERS WHEN YOU NEED THEM THEN YOU CANT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. FOR NINE YEARS I HAVE BEEN GIVING MY WIFE THE NUMBER OF WHITE ROSES OF OUR ANNIVERSARY YEAR. NOW FOR OUR 10TH YEAR I HAD NOTHING AND THEY DIDN'T APPEAR TO CARE. ALSO, THEY KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON FILE WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION, WHICH IS A BIG NO, NO. (I HAVE BOUGHT FLOWERS THERE BEFORE.)

"Spoke with Greg who stated that the member was inquiring about white roses, which were in a consumer pack that you pick out yourself for $12.95. Member was told that they would hold the roses for him, if they were available. And if he were to special order the dozen white roses for $75, it would have been there when he needed them. Since the member did not want to special order an arrangement, he would have to wait until they were delivered again."
