+ 0 moreThe cut in the in backyard was a little inconsistent but he treated the St. Augustine grass appropriately. Unfortunately, he raised my bill without notification. The combination of unreturned emails/calls and the sudden rate change were very disconcerting and inconsistent with very good service up to that point.
Description of Work: For two weeks, I tried to reach Art Reynolds to perform scheduled lawn care on my property - notably mowing the front and back yards. Two phones calls and an email to him went unanswered. Finally, on May 1, 2011, he arrived at my property. By this juncture, the backyard lawn was a foot tall and weeds were popping up in the front yard. While I had no issues with Art's service in prior months and the service provided was fine, the wait and lack of response was disappointing.
