About us

As of 09/2012, we have 3 employees. We do store fronts, shower and tub enclosures, table tops, mirrored walls, and windows. Our billing procedure is that, once we quote a job, and the customer agrees to the price, there is a 50% down payment required, after that is done, we go out and get accurate measurements, and procede with the job. We don't offer any finance programs. We offer free telephone quotes.

Didn't show for initial appointment, Had to call them two more times to reschedule. They left broken glass everywhere inside and out and refused to clean it up. Had to hire another cleaner. Manager said he would refund some of the cost then reneged. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I've had problems since day one. After the first big rainfall water was leaking through the glass. They told me that the glass is hurricane rated and could not be leaking but water is definitely leaking in and has caused damage, the glass is turning colors between the panes so I can tell air and water is getting in. I contacted Arrow Glass and Terry told me that the company that installed the glass is responsible for the problems but I paid Arrow Glass so I've contacted them for help. He told me that he'd call the other company and that the other company told him they'd be in touch with me, but the other company hasn't ever been in touch with me and I continue to get the run around with Arrow Glass. I would like my doors and glass repaired ASAP and repaired to Miami/Dade code.

It took a bit of time for them to come out and measure the windows that needed to be replaced. We did not have any urgent need for replacement, so the wait time was no big deal. They called when to schedule installation. Were prompt and did a wonderful job. Would absolutely use them again. In fact we took several of the screens from our windows for them to rescreen. Great work with that as well.
