"I do not think this individual met to put this response under my business. Quotes are always given up front and has been for 12 years now, all items are moved and cleaned under and around, I am and have always been prompt at showing up at the start and completing each job 100% and promptly, even if a room isn't normally used it's still dusted & floors completed. Every house I have cleaned, organized or decorated for 12+years has gotten a full facelift. I pride myself off the miracles I can pull off for my clients."

Becca, the owner, came to evaluate the condition of the home (which had totally gotten away from me) and gave me the date she would entirely clean my home. She was WONDERFUL! She cleaned from top to bottom (even the baseboards and corners!!!). She moves furniture as well. The house smelled so clean when she was finished I couldn't believe it. It wasn't a chemical smell....just clean. I have been trying for months to remove calcium spots from my glass shower doors to no avail. Becca got them spotless and sparkling. I cannot sing her praises enough. I am so happy!!! :-)

In March 2007 I hired Becca to clean my (less than) 960-ft sq home. I had never hired a cleaning service before, but since I had broken both of my feet a few months prior, I could not really clean my home. I was particularly concerned about the bathroom floor since it tends to get sticky with hairspray, etc. Becca always returned my calls; she provided a free estimate, stating that she charges $40/hour. As she looked around my home she said it would take approximately 6 hours but she would cap it at 7 hours. Becca completed this work over two days and charged 7 hours of work. Overall Becca did a good job cleaning, but truth be told I was absolutely flabbergasted to come home the first day to find my heavy living room couches (that had anchored a 5x8 area rug) moved up against the drapery and the end table re-positioned; the rug was now free-floating on the hardwood floor. I was also taken aback when I saw the dining room table completely re-oriented 180-degrees and various tchotchkes/knick-knacks were relocated throughout the kitchen, dining room and living room! Near the end of the first day, Becca called to advise me the job was going to go into a 2nd day and that the kitchen was taking longer than she had expected because she was scrapping nicotine off of something or another I was shocked! I said yes, I do smoke, but I have never smoked in my house she INSISTED it was nicotine! I said: Didn t you say you were in the kitchen? Maybe it s cooking grease! At the end of the second day, Becca called me to immediately report she had broken a small leaded candy dish and told me to tell her how much it was she would pay for it. I said, $15 and a check was in the mail by the next week. Becca is also very, very personable, and we did have an amenable chat after all was said and done; I mentioned the furniture re-arrangement wasn t what I had expected. She said she does this all the time and her preference is interior decorating. Well, that s great, but maybe for future reference she may want to reconsider this since older people may have their furniture arranged for a particular reason for example, by putting my table in the middle of the dining room changed a straight-through route for me on a walker with my broken feet and I am not a senior citizen! Lastly, I particularly mentioned the bathroom tile had to be scoured due to the hairspray and basic dirt build-up (and my inability to get on hands/knees to clean it). Well, the tile got a little going over probably with a Swiffer which I could have done!

"I was very disappointed to see this review to say the least. I recall this particular home and the job in hand was much more then I originally thought. I almost pulled out of this job due to home being heavily infested with ticks after day one, this is what brought me into day 2. Home had noticibly not been cleaned for several years. The thickness of dust and sum of items in the home made it very difficult to get around. This is why items had to be moved, shifted slightly. 1/2 of kitchen was indeed covered with nicotine because client smoked right outside the kitchen door, I attempted to let her know that it still comes in, she became very frustrated. However, items were placed back as I worked through home and it looked absolutely lovely besides the infestation, unfortunately. I give 100% and sometimes that will never be enough, but we can sure try."

Rebecca and her helper are very thorough. They cleaned everything over, under, around, and did a wonderful job. They cleaned and also moved a few things to add decorative touches. The two organized some of my cookbooks & knick knacks etc. and made helpful comments to aid me in further organizing my home. This team did an initial cleaning and now come every other week. With their help my home is cleaner than ever and getting organized...finally! Rebecca is a bit more expensive than others I have hired, but worth the money. She is very professional and thorough. If she has a conflict, she calls in advance to reschedule. She also does more than just light cleaning. As I stated before, she is very thorough, very helpful with organizing and has a flair for decorating. I highly recommend her.

I urgently was needing a house cleaning person since I travel all the time and have three large inside dogs and fur balls that have gotten away from me. I checked Angie's list since I am comfortable with the quality of the Work. Around the House, Becca's Company came up first. She was over within 15 minutes to give me an estimate and fortunately was able to schedule me the same week. She cleaned all my bathrooms, kitchen, all floors and visible base boards. My house was perfect for a family visit and I was so happy and it started a cleaning and organization frenzy of my own. Becca was a pleasure to deal with and works non stop. She has an awesome attitude, teaches the customer tricks as she works and does excellent work. All the areas were perfectly cleaned, everything shined and she would go back over things if they did not meet her satisfaction as her quality standards exceeded even mine. I will have her come back monthly or more to keep things under control.

Bathroom and kitchen floors and kitchen counters were wet and sticky. No brush for toilet. Half cleaned glass door on bathroom. $160 initially, then $120 monthly afterwards. Brought another woman with her, and charged and extra $120. Would not take check for her business name, and only wanted check to herself. She did not have all of her supplies with her when she arrived to do the job. I will not call her again.

"[Member name removed] unfortunately was dissatisfied. I'm very confused on the information she posted. All supplies are brought to home including a new unused mop and broom. Also, rates would never be doubled because an assistant is brought in, price remains the same. All bathrooms, kithchens, floors, countertops, etc...are cleaned with a cleaner made specifically for that type of stone, tile or wood. Also, when a door, mirrors, glass table, etc..is windexed it is windexed 100%, it is looked at from several angles to ensure cleanliness. Even when there are 2 of us, as the owner I to a complete walk through before exiting the home."

She did a fantastic cleaning job. It was the first time that I had ever had someone clean before, but as a bachelor I needed all the help I could get. She was prompt, professional, and went the extra mile to do a great job. It was above and beyond what I had expected. Becca has been very professional. She usually calls to confirm a few days ahead and if she is going to be late, lets me know. Many people can clean an apartment but what makes Becca different is her organizational skills. The first day Becca showed up with baskets and containers for all our stuff. Things now have a place. I am pretty flexible if she gets backed up and can move my time around but that goes both ways as sometimes I need to cancel on her last minute and she never complains. My house is clean and looks neat, she even makes sure that my dogs bowls are washed well every time she comes.

Becca took the assignment with energy and good cheer and after about nine hours of very hard labor, she left everything sparkling. Talk about your home improvement makeovers! Beside cleaning and organizing everything, she rearranged the furniture to give our rooms a more airy and open feel. I can't say enough good things about this consummate professional. She adopted my home as if it were her's, and it shows. What a class act.

Rebecca is extremely thorough and takes great pride in her work. She calls if she is running late but doesn't always get back to you right away if you leave a message on her answering machine. She works diligently and doesn't really take any breaks, and she doesn't stop to talk to me all the time, a habit some cleaners have that bothers me as I am trying to do my own work.

I'm a stay home mom of 4 kids, 3 dogs, a cat, a hamster, and two birds so....I'm always cleaning but I wanted a super clean on certain areas so I tried Rebecca. She was excellent. She came in and worked right away super cleaning the floors, clearing away and neatly stacking anything in the way. The grout on my kitchen floors was brought back to glistening white and all the baseboards in the house were wiped clean. She worked hard and stayed on task without chitchat. She also did things beyond what was asked of her like checking the a/c filters and replacing them, taking out the trash, and arranging candles and bottles of creams and shampoos in the baths to look nice. She quoted me a price up front and said even if it took her more time that she would not charge me more. For the price, the exchange Rebecca gave was in abundance and well worth it.
