It went fantastic.  They left our yard definitely a much better place.  I would recommend them to anyone.  They give great advice and are terrific at what they do!

Jarrod, Bobby and 3 others arrived around 3:15 pm on Friday (Hallowe'en) as promised. A 30-35' Washingtonian Palm growing next to our 100 sq.ft. garden had to go. It was also very close to our roof, a pool cage and a shed. It took an hour and a half, but the heavy tree came down piece by piece, without damage to any of the above structures, veggies in the garden on one side of the tree as well as peanut plant ground cover on the other side. It was a sight to see. Bravo! Then they went on to trim a Queen palm and a prickly hedge before heading home for Trick or Treat with the kids. Thank you Arbor Age for being professional and pleasant as always. I know our neighbors and condo clients agree. You're the best!

Jerrod arrived promptly, listened to my concerns, examined the tree. We discussed my concerns. He answered all my questions and gave me his diagnosis of the situation. He followed up with a letter stating the situation of the tree.

They were prompt and did a good job. I like their services and will use them in future.

Jerrod and his crew were the most professional tree service people I have ever encountered. They completed in less than one full work day what we expected would take several days. They brought in heavy equipment, but did not damage anything - no falling heavy palm fronds to damage the plants below, no broken roof tile - they were meticulous. He is a certified arborist, and also fortified two coconut palm trees that were damaged by the freezes of the last two winters. I cannot say enough good things about them. We would definitely use them again.
