Water Softener Service
I had contacted Eric Watson (owner of AFS) over a year before ordering the water treatment system. He was very informative and answered all my questions promptly. He was never pushy but just provided information. After ordering the system, it came with all the parts (plus extras) I needed to complete the job, even a drill bit to anchor the system to a concrete floor. The setup instructions were easy to follow, and I liked the handwritten notes and that all of the connections were marked. I put the system together in a couple of hours, and it worked without leaks the first time I pressurize it. The cold water was better in less than 20 minutes, and our hot water turned from a rotten egg smell to fresh and clean in less than 8 hours. I'm very happy with the quality of our water with our AFS. I highly recommend for people on well water.
