+ -1 moreDiana (Senior Loan Originator) and Dan (Mortgage Processor) from America's Mortgage Link were a GODSEND during my home buying process. Being self employed I knew it would be harder to obtain a home loan from a lender, but their quick responses and attention to my file helped everything go so smoothly. Of course, there are always hiccups with home buying, and most of them were the fault of the lender, but Diana and Dan stayed on top of my file until I had the keys in my hand. I am SO glad our realtor advised us to work with them because I can't imagine the process being as painless as it was without their help. We've referred them to everyone we know looking for homes in the area and if we ever plan to buy a new home in the future, Diana and Dan will be getting our business! We just can't thank them enough. *I'm unsure of the price because it was lumped into my closing costs.
Description of Work: They helped us obtain an FHA home loan, prepared us and our file for closing, and every little thing you can think of in between. They made home buying easy!! :)
