From the salesperson to the job specs and estimates to the installation, we were very pleased with every  aspect of the job.  The job was done on time with excellent results.  The installers were easy to work with, paid attention to detail and left the job site spotless.  I'm very pleased with the quality of the materials.  The entire process of having a new roof installed by Aluminum & Vinyl Products of Fl was smooth and professional.

..From the minute Fred(salesman) came, it was so comfortable. Mind u I 'm a single woman,so I was skeptical about the $! I was so wrong.....I signed the contract, gave a small deposit and was told"we're busy, but will be with u soon"! It was only 2 weeks and the phone calls began. Fred was fabulous and Mike was like a friend doing me a favor. I tried to do this project myself, but after 200.00 and a bunch of the wrong materials AND pure frustration,I had to throw in the towel and I AM GLAD I DID! MIKE HAD TO COME BACK 2 TIMES AFTER COMPLETION:#1: cats went through the screen the 1st night!  #2: to drop off vinyl conditioner.  Being Italian I tried to feed Mike, but he declined. Communication was comfortable and in no way was I scared to be alone. (assaulted once by a rug cleaner). So, on a good note.....This is the place 4 ur Lanai or sun room!
