"Dear [name removed], first and foremost I would like to thank you for choosing our company to perform the roof cleaning at your home and also for your feedback here on Angie's list. We strive very hard to provide the best possible service to our clients. Our concentrated roof cleaning solution is made on site and the strength of the mix is determined by the severity of the mold infestation on each job performed. Normally two coats is enough to clean a tile roof but in some instances such as on yours where more than two are needed the risk of possible damage can occur. Many factors come into play when this happens. One of the biggest is how much of the solution is running off into a concentrated area due to valley's, gutter systems etc... We do our very best to keep everything watered down and normally always rinse certain areas of the roof where sensitive plants and or shrubs could be affected before leaving. We also leave each client with instructions to run their sprinklers the night after the cleaning and after the first two good rains to ensure that any of the leftover residue does not hurt landscaping below. Again, thank you so much for your business and we appreciate the fact that you continue to use us in the future. Sincerely, Larry and Carol.
