All County Property Management

Description of Work: I needed a management company to look after my rental house in Clearwater Florida. I contacted All County for more information since I have never hired a management company before. I needed a company to not only collect the rent, but to offer a whole house service to ensure my house was maintained properly.

Description of Work: These people are terrible! 0 returned phone calls after 2 weeks of leaving messages. 1 email that said "we will let ya know". But of course they didn't let us know. They lie! We called and asked if their were any pending apps on a property and the lady at the front desk said none. So we put in a app and called and called and no one ever returned a phone call. When you call the front desk she says she doesn't know anything, but of course she knew there were no apps pending... right. After 2 weeks we had a friend call and inquire whether their were any pending apps and she said "nope we have not received an app on that property yet". The idea is to delay renting the property out as long as possible and take in as many $60 app fees as possible. Beware of these people if you value your time and money because they will waste both!
