All About Home Inspections LLC
About us
Veterans receive a 20% discount on full home inspection. What is a full inspection and what should you expect? A home inspection consists of a visual of all the structure and operating components, from top to bottom. It is very important that all utilities be operating to ensure the completeness of the inspection. I can’t tell you if there could be a problem with the plumbing if the water is not on. Nor can I detect problems with the Air conditioning if there is no power. You should be present at the inspection ask questions and discuss the finding during the inspection. Finally you will receive a well-organized written report on the condition of what will hopefully be that forever home. To you first time home buyers in Florida welcome to the sun coast.

All About Home Inspections is the honest mechanic. They'll tell you exactly what's wrong--no crazy stories, no condescension, no intimidation or judgment. But let me tell you about my experience with them.
I had to have an unusual inspection as part of a permitting process. I called all around town hoping to find someone willing and able without any success. One inspector wanted to charge me $350, which was almost as much as the construction itself was going to cost! The inspection was holding up construction, and I thought it was never going to get done.
John at All About Home Inspections, however, made time in his hectic schedule to do the inspection quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable cost. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, prompt, honest, and all-around a no-nonsense kind of guy. In my experience, home inspectors have a tendency to talk down to you or act like you're a horrible person because you didn't know that the flanges on your hot water heater (or whatever) are supposed to be made of *stainless steel* rather than aluminum. I didn't get anything like that from John. It was an entirely positive experience.
I would recommend All About to anyone looking for inspections of any kind, whether you're buying, selling, renovating, whatever. You won't regret it.
