Action Junk Removal was ABOVE AND BEYOND! Our deceased parent's house was a hoarder's nightmare. Fifty years of junk collecting and deferred maintenance in a two story four bedroom room, with a heavy smoker living upstairs for fifteen years. Action came in and showed up early to start on the outdoor mess (which was significant) before I was even there to unlock the house. In the large unkempt back yard, there were all sorts of old bbq grills, rusty yard tools and much more, as well as overgrown weeds and grass. I had expected a whole day to be devoted to this part of the cleanup, but they had finished by time I got there. A most welcome surprise! The crew leader, Robert, was friendly, polite, and very hard working. The team's efforts were well coordinated and efficient, separating fifty years of glass, furniture, paper, and metal into logical loads for recycling and disposal. Robert led by example throughout the process, doing the lion's share of the hardest parts of the job. He showed up early, stayed late, and took very few minutes to rest. A workman well worth his hire and more. Another striking part of the service was the respect and honesty shown. When bits of money and other valuables were found, they could have easily been pocketed. Robert found us each time and returned them to us. Any items of possible value (monetary or sentimental) were brought to our attention to be sure that they had not been mistakenly overlooked. This is a standout feature of the service that most companies would not have done. I would trust Robert with the keys to my house. There were too many little extra things done above and beyond the defined job parameters to describe here; spackling wall holes, remounting window treatments, cleaning out cabinets, sweeping, dusting, and much more. Suffice to say that this company, and especially Robert, deserve the highest possible marks in every category. I will recommend them to anyone who wants dedicated and trustworthy workmen to take a house or business space from a nightmare to a dream. And I must mention that their price was significantly lower than several other companies that we took bids from. The price was all inclusive, with no hidden overtime charges, disposal fees, etc. There were a few minor hiccups in the paperwork and payment processing issues, but it all worked out in the end. I would give them six stars on a five point scale if I could.

Action Junk Removal were great to work with. The price was great and the guys worked so hard. They were extremely flexible with a schedule that involved many others and I would highly recommend them!

They quickly removed everything I pointed out, The leader shook my hand and thanked me for choosing their company, and I paid them. They were extremely polite. The charge was $220.00.
